Common Name: Sea Buckthorn Berries
Origin: Naturally grown in cold and mountainous regions of Europe and Asia.
Appearance: Small, bright orange dried berries with a naturally tangy taste.
Key Nutrients: Naturally contains Vitamin C, Vitamin E, carotenoids, flavonoids, antioxidants, and Omega-3, 6, 7 & 9 fatty acids.
How to Use: Soak or simmer 1–2 teaspoons of dried berries in hot water for 10–15 minutes to prepare an herbal tea. They may also be added to smoothies, oatmeal, or other recipes as desired.
