Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and make a payment.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, PayPal, Net Banking.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also check your order status under “My Account” > “Orders.”
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they are processed for shipping. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option chosen. They are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping Policy for details.
We currently ship within India. For international shipping, please contact us to check availability.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number.
3. Returns & Refunds
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging. Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, opened items) may be non-returnable. See our return and refund policy for full details.
Go to “My Orders” > Select the order > Click “Return.” Follow the steps to schedule a return pickup.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Account & Security
Click on “Sign Up” at the top of the page, enter your details, and verify your email/phone number.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Log in, go to “My Account,” and update your name, address, or payment details.
